Annie Bell Goode

Miss Annie B. Goode, 80 ,of La Crosse, VA and formerly of Boydton, VA exchanged time for eternity on Thursday February 1, 2018 at her residence. Miss Goode was born June 9, 1937 to the late Frank Sr., and Nicie Turbeville Goode. She attended West End High School and was a member of Awesome Faith Ministries. In addition to her parents, Miss Goode was preceded in death by her siblings, Lucy Mae, William, Henrietta, Frank, Jr., James and Nancy. She leaves to cherish her memories a brother-in-law, Willie Alexander; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends; a Godson, James Edward Pettus; devoted friend, Esther Crute, and a special cousin, Ruth Richardson. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Saturday, February 10, 2018 at the chapel of Giles-Harris Funeral Home, Chase City, VA with Pastor Rolinda Butler, delivering the eulogy. Burial will follow in Mount Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery, Boydton, VA. Public viewing for family and friends will be held on Friday from 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM. Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Chase City, VA.
