Master Andre’ High, 11 of Chase City, VA entered eternal rest Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at Medical College of Virginia, Richmond, VA. Master High was born October 12, 1995 in Halifax County, VA to Dealous and Jeanette High. He was a fifth grade student at Chase City Elementary School and was a member of Silone Baptist Church, Chase City, VA. He loved listening to the radio and collecting stuffed animals. Cherishing his memories are his parents, Dealous and Jeanette High of North Carolina; his guardians, Reginald and Winifred Dodson of Chase City, VA; sisters Cherelle High of Chase City, VA Latasha Brown (Andre); brothers, Reginald Dodson Jr. of Chase City, VA and Quincy Dodson of Farmville, VA; maternal grandmother, Elsie Hardy of Chase City, VA, guardian grandparents, Grady and Doris Hester and Henrietta Weddington all of Chase City, VA; guardian great-grandmother, Carrie Hester of Chase City, VA two aunts, Wanda Hester of Chase City, VA and Wendolyn Hester of Lawrenceville, VA; uncles Bernard Hester of Chase City, VA, Bryan Hester and Byrone Hester (Trina) all of Paterson, NJ and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Funeral services for Master Andre’ High will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Monday, March 19, 2007 at Silone Baptist Church, Chase City, VA with Rev. Melvin J. Palmer, officiating. Burial will follow in Silone Memorial Garden, Chase City, VA. Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service 1304 North Main Street, Chase City, VA.
