Ms. Achiaia La-Bree Dailey, 33, of Chase City, VA entered eternal rest on Monday, April 1, 2024 at her residence.
Ms. Dailey was born in South Boston, VA on September 10, 1990 to Amy G. and Wade Alexander Dailey. At an early age, she joined Silone Baptist Church in Chase City where she sang with the choir. She was a 2009 graduate of Randolph Henry High School in Charlotte Court House, earning an advanced degree. She furthered her education, earning an Associate's Degree at Southside Virginia Community College and the University of Lynchburg where she earned her Bachelor’s in Special Education. Ms. Dailey was a Paraprofessional for South Hill Elementary School. In her spare time, she enjoyed dancing, singing, and watching movies.
She leaves to cherish her loving memory her son, Emaj’je Dominik-Orenzo Staten of Chase City, VA; her parents, Wade Alexander Dailey and Amy G. Dailey of Saxe, VA; one brother, Keenan Dailey (Yolanda) of Richmond, VA; maternal grandmother, Hattie Liggon; aunts and uncles, Gus Liggon, III (India), Stephen Liggon (Carolyn), Otis Dailey (Ruth), Harold Dailey (Mary), Alma Gordan (Gerald), and Marvin Dailey (Valerie); niece, India Dailey; nephew, Keenan Dailey, II, and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends.
Funeral services for Ms. Achiaia La-Bree Dailey will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Sunday, April 7, 2024 at Silone Baptist Church, Chase City, VA with Rev. Dr. Walter Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Public viewing for family and friends will begin on Sunday from 1:00 P.M. until 1:45 P.M. at the church.
