Troy Xavier Hill, Sr.

Mr. Troy Xavier Hill, Sr. 51, of North Chesterfield, VA and formerly of Boydton, VA entered into eternal rest Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at CJW Chippenham Hospital, Richmond, VA. Mr. Hill was born in South Hill, VA June 24, 1968, the fourth child of five born to the late Robert M., Sr. and Carrie Belle Evans Hill. He was a 1988 graduate of Bluestone Senior High School. He later enlisted in the United States Army where he served a two year tour of duty. Mr. Hill was employed as a painter/drywaller and enjoyed working special jobs as a sub-contractor in Richmond, VA. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Robin Hill. Left to cherish his precious memories are three sons, Troy Hill, Jr. of Chase City, Aaron Hill of Skipwith, VA and Xavier Hill of Chesterfield, VA; two daughters, Constance Hill of Bracey, VA and Tyquawsha Hill of Buffalo Junction, VA; one grandson, Damian Gholson, Jr. of Bracey, VA; four brothers, Willie Hill (Mary) of North Dinwiddie, VA, Robert M. Hill, Jr. (Leigh) of Bowie, MD, Quinton Hill of South Royalton, VT and George Lee (Frances) of Graham, NC, five aunts, two uncles, and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Funeral services for Mr. Troy Xavier Hill will be conducted 1:00 PM Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at the chapel of C.H. Harris Funeral Home, Buffalo Junction, VA with Elder Charles D. Allen delivering the eulogy. Interment will be private. Public viewing for family and friends will be on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM. Arrangements are by C.H.
